Admission Procedure

  • MAHA CET :

    Student has to undergo through CET (Common Entrance Test) before the admission of LLB three year course or B.A. LLB five year course.

  • Qualification :

    While admitting the applicant the college takes into account factors such as academic ability and intellectual maturity, and will require a Bachelors degree in any stream of Arts, Science or Commerce orany other faculty of recognized University with a minimum of 45% marks in the Bachelor degree programmed.

    Admissions are on the basis of merit. For SC/ST candidate's minimum marks is 40%. The College may conductinterviews for admitting eligible students.

    Note: The rules of passing the examination for this programmed are the same as that for the B.A.LL.B. programmed.

  • Eligibility :

    45% for open category candidates, 40% for S.C. & S.T. Candidates.

    Standard of Passing :

    To pass Examination, a candidate must obtain 40 marks in each paper.

  • Entitlement to appear at the end of the academic year :

    A candidate who has completed his term for semester i, iii or v of the three year LLB course and has paid examination fees for such semester examination, but has remained absent for any or all papers or has failed in any or all papers at such semester II, IV, VI examinations respectively.

    Any student who has appeared for semester I, II or V examination of the year LLB course shall be entitled to reappear for all or any of the papers respectively along with the semester II, IV, VI examinations for improving his marks.

    • 2. Passing & Degree Certificate
    • 3. Educational Gap- Gap Affidavit
    • 4. Migration Certificate – Compulsory for other University Students.
    • 5. Anti – Ragging Affidavit
    • 6. Compulsory Attendance Affidavit
    • 7. Transfer Certificate (T.C.)
    • 8. Age Affidavit
  • Documents required for Scholarship :

    • 1. Caste Certificate & Validity Certificate
    • 2. Income Certificate
    • 3. Statement of Marks
    • 4. If the father is not alive then death certificate of the father
    • 5. If the father & mother bothare dead then income certificate of the Guardian
    • 6. The ward who is residing with his/her divorced mother, shall submit the copy of the judgment of the divorce petition
    • 7. Educational Gap- Gap Affidavit
    • 8. Studentsfrom other district with permission letter from concerned
    • 9. Free ship Award No. from the Previous College

  • Government Scholarship :

    Government Scholarship, freeships, concessions for eligible students are available according to prescribed norms: Scholarship, freeships to students of Backward classes

    I. The student must declare at the time of admission of his/her eligible to such Scholarship or free-ship, and produce documentary evidence of such Scholarship, free-ship or concession enjoyed by him in the previous year.

    II. Students belonging to Backward Classes and Special Backward Classes as prescribed by the Government from time to time availing of such Scholarship, free-ship have to pay at the time of admission, all fees other than tuition fees exempted by the Government. If the Scholarship or free-ship is not sanctioned by the Government, they will have to pay the tuition fees to the college immediately.
